• Every cake we send is handmade, and because each chef has his or her own method of baking and constructing a cake, the product may vary slightly in terms of design and shape.
• Because cakes are perishable, we will only attempt to deliver your purchase once. The delivery cannot be forwarded to another address.
• This product is hand-delivered and will not be delivered along with courier products.
• Occasionally, flavor/design replacements are required owing to temporary and/or regional unavailability concerns.
