Bengali milk curd, known as Kheer Mohan, is a unique, dark-colored dish that will seriously chill your taste buds. Finished with a traditional besting of khoya (thickened drain) and sliced pistachio nuts, the velvety outside provides access to a wonderfully sweet and tart inside that is simply divine. Wonderful served as a treat after dinner or enjoyed on their own.
