• Every cake we send is made by hand, and as every chef has a different method of making and decorating cakes, there may be a little variation in the final product's form and design.
• We attempt delivery of your order once because cakes are perishable by nature. The delivery cannot be forwarded to another address.
• This item is hand-delivered and will not be delivered alongside courier items.
• Occasionally, substitutions of flavours/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
